The common overlapping area between multiple shapes can be found using MPSuperShape's Intersection operation. First, select the shapes that you wish to use.
Right click on the map to display the MPSuperShape popup menu. Select Intersection and MPSuperShape will find the common area covered by all of the selected shapes. For example, the above shapes will result in the following intersection:
